Renovation work for apartments, houses, and offices — from “turnkey renovation” to specific tasks

I always charge only for the work actually completed.
Renovation and finishing work since 2008.
Renovation cost: why we don’t publish prices

We intentionally don’t publish prices on the website, because no two properties are the same: wall condition, prep volume, demolition, electrical/plumbing, and access to the apartment can change the estimate more than people expect.
We work in Haifa and the Krayot (Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Yam, Kiryat Haim), as well as Nesher and Tirat Carmel.
Instead, we do it fast: in 2–3 minutes by phone we’ll ask a few questions and give you a realistic ballpark for budget and timeline.

Leave your number in the feedback form at the bottom of the site — we’ll call back.
After the site visit/measurement, we confirm the estimate and deadlines in writing.
To make the answer accurate immediately, prepare:

— approximate size (sqm)
— what you need: cosmetic / major / painting / tile / plumbing / electrical
Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does an apartment renovation in Haifa & the Krayot usually take?
It depends on the scope, engineering condition, and building rules. After inspection, we provide a staged plan and confirm deadlines in writing. If hidden issues appear during the process, we first agree the solution, and only then continue.
How is the estimate built, and what is fixed before work starts?
The estimate is built by stages: preparation and demolition, engineering systems, finishing and final works. Before start, we fix the scope, sequence, responsibilities, and deadlines. Any changes during the project — only after agreement and written confirmation.
What’s the difference between “turnkey” renovation and partial renovation?
Turnkey is a full cycle with coordination of all stages until the apartment is ready. Partial work is done within the agreed scope, but we check dependencies in advance: electrical, plumbing, leveling, waterproofing. If a partial scope creates risks for the final result, we state the limitations before starting.
Do you work in buildings with vaad-bayit and internal rules?
Yes. We consider work hours, access rules, and protection requirements for common areas. These points are agreed in advance to avoid conflicts with neighbors and the vaad-bayit. If needed, we adjust the workflow to a specific building’s rules.
Do you provide a written warranty?
Yes. The warranty is issued in writing and applies to completed work. We specify what is covered and which usage conditions matter. This protects both sides and keeps the result predictable.
Who buys the materials, and who is responsible for compatibility?
Both options are possible. If we buy, we are responsible for matching the agreed solutions and the work sequence. If the client buys, we agree compatibility and delivery timing in advance so materials don’t delay stages.
How do you handle cleanliness and construction waste removal?
We plan surface protection and work order so the apartment and common areas stay in normal condition. Waste removal is organized according to city/building rules, considering access and timing. After stages, we keep the site orderly so the result can be checked calmly.
Want it faster? Say this at the start of the call
“I need a renovation estimate. The property is in (city/area), size is about (…), and I want (cosmetic/major/painting/tile/plumbing/electrical).”
Call: +972-55-966-4053
Online calculators rarely reflect the reality of a specific apartment, so it’s more reliable to discuss the property directly first.4

Handyman service
Small breakdowns pile up, and nobody wants a “big renovation” just for them.
We solve dozens of small tasks in one visit — fast, neat, and without unnecessary talk.
Kitchen installation
The kitchen is purchased, but assembly turns into stress, crooked fronts, and damaged walls.
We assemble and install the kitchen exactly to the plan — no misalignment and no “we’ll redo it later.”
Window and door replacement
Drafts, noise, and poor insulation make the home uncomfortable all year.
We carefully remove the old and install the new so warmth and quiet stay for a long time.
Heating and air-conditioning installation
Too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and equipment works unpredictably.
We select and install systems so the home climate is stable and cost-efficient.
Post-renovation cleaning and legal debris removal
The renovation is finished, but you still can’t live there — dust, fragments, dirt.
We fully clean the space and legally remove debris so you can move in right away.
Turnkey renovation
Different contractors, missed deadlines, and constant supervision drain you more than the renovation itself.
We take the entire process — from start to final result.
Apartment painting (including after tenants)
Walls look tired, stains don’t wash out, and the apartment loses its look.
We repaint neatly and return a clean, well-kept appearance.
Tile installation
Tiles “float,” grout lines are uneven, and the result looks cheap even with expensive materials.
We lay tile with precise geometry, even joints, and clean transitions.
Wall finishing (putty & paint)
Wavy walls, cracks, and stains ruin the interior no matter how good the furniture is.
We level and paint so walls look clean, straight, and “expensive.”
Electrical works
Not enough outlets, outdated wiring, and every switch-on feels stressful.
We do electrical work to safety standards, with logical point placement and room for future needs.
Plumbing works
Leaks, weak pressure, and “temporary fixes” keep coming back.
We replace and install plumbing so you can forget the problems for a long time.
Interior design
You have an apartment, but no sense of comfort or cohesion — everything looks random.
We plan the space so it’s convenient, logical, and visually coherent.
In Haifa and the Krayot, renovation usually starts with a short phone call — it’s the quickest way to understand scope, building restrictions, and realistic timelines.
Questions that often come up during the renovation process
Why do renovations in Israel often run over schedule?
Usually not because of workers, but because of factors you can’t fully see before work begins: noise restrictions, vaad-bayit requirements, material delivery delays, and hidden technical issues in older buildings. Another factor is changes during the process — even small adjustments affect the schedule. Keeping deadlines starts with a clear plan and an honest discussion of risks upfront.
Can I live in the apartment during renovation?
Sometimes yes — depending on stages. Cosmetic work can allow staying, but work in bathrooms, electrical, or floors makes living uncomfortable and unsafe. We explain which stages allow living and when it’s smarter to move out temporarily.
Do I need to be on-site all the time?
No. Constant presence isn’t required. What matters is fixing decisions in advance and being reachable at key moments. We don’t work “in silence”: you understand what’s happening and get info when it’s actually needed.
How often will I get updates?
Updates follow the project stages, not a formal schedule. We contact you when a stage ends, approval is needed, or a question affects next works — keeping control without micro-management noise.
What if I want to change decisions mid-project?
Changes are possible, but they affect deadlines, sequence, and the final result. We explain what changes before continuing, so decisions are conscious, not emotional.
How do you work with vaad-bayit and neighbors?
We follow building rules, permitted hours, and noise requirements. Proper communication reduces conflicts and helps avoid work stoppages.
What if neighbors complain?
First we clarify the reason (timing, noise, misunderstanding). Usually it’s solved by adjusting schedule or explaining. Ignoring complaints almost always creates bigger problems, so we handle it immediately.
Do you take very urgent or chaotic projects?
Only when we understand we can guarantee the result. If expectations or deadlines are unrealistic, we say it directly — better than a conflict mid-renovation.
When can you refuse a project?
If the budget doesn’t match the scope, if there’s no readiness to accept technical constraints, or if the expected result can’t be delivered with quality. Refusing at the start is more honest and safer than a problematic project later.
What should I prepare so renovation goes smoothly?
Clear priorities, basic planning decisions, and readiness to discuss compromises. The fewer key decisions are made “on the fly,” the more predictable the renovation.

Renovation almost never follows an “ideal script,” especially in residential buildings in Haifa and the Krayot. Old communications, noise restrictions, vaad-bayit rules, and the human factor make the process more complex than it seems at the start. That’s normal if you’re prepared for it.
We don’t promise “no surprises,” but we explain where they may appear and how we handle them. Clear decisions before start, understandable stage logic, and timely communication reduce stress and help keep control.
A good renovation is not “speed at any cost” and not endless changes mid-way. It’s a balance between expectations, real site conditions, and the quality of the result.
If you like a calm, predictable approach and discussing decisions on the merits, this format usually fits better.
If you need apartment renovation in Haifa or the Krayot, the simplest and fastest way is to discuss the property directly. A short call helps you understand scope, building constraints, and the interaction format — without extra steps.
This communication format fits people who want renovation without chaos and want real conditions instead of abstract numbers.
